I have stayed at dozens of Airbnb‘s and this one is at the top of the list. Every part of the apartment was spotless. Any tool or amenity that I needed was there and convenient to find. The beds were extremely comfortable and I love the layout of both bathrooms. There is incredible water pressure and luxurious soaps that make you feel like you’re at a six star hotel. The host and his team were among the most responsive and helpful that I’ve ever experienced at an Airbnb or hotel. Stay at this Airbnb if you want to guarantee a night stay in New Haven and work with a host. Who truly has you in mind and wants to do whatever they can to help make sure you have a great stay.

This apartment was very nice and the host was always super responsive. Although the place was smaller than other places we have stayed, I really liked the layout of the living room and kitchen. It was a comfortable place to relax and work. The decor felt high end, and the vibe of the place felt like a spa. One of the beds was soft and one was firm, which was extremely comfortable with luxurious bedding. Even the products in the showers were nice. The location was also pretty convenient, being walking distance to both Yale and Wooster Square. The setting is urban, so you do hear sounds of the city like the trains across the street and sirens. But it’s hard to avoid this in New Haven. Overall, I enjoyed this Airbnb and would definitely stay again.

We had a great time staying at Tarik's place. Close to the train station (we flew into JFK and trained in from GCT). Felt safe at night, and close to both Wooster street for the best pizza (Pepe's) and also near East Rock, which had some great places to eat and drink (Crooked Goat for food and drinks, Spruce Coffee for drinks, coffee, games). Very convenient to downtown New Haven and Yale. Te Amo Tequila Bar for daily happy hour every day noon-7:00.

Our stay with Tarik was wonderful. The space was just right for our family of four, he even had a pack and play for us to use for our baby. The beds were really comfortable with very nice linen, pillows and comforter. The place was beautiful we loved the interior design and the details in each room. Good amount of towels and blankets available in case we needed more. Smooth coming in and out of the building and pretty great location to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, stores we loved this very much as it was our first time visiting new haven. Tarik was always checking in making sure everything was going well for us which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if we have another opportunity to come through.

Clean, stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bath apt in a great downtown location that is walking distance to many restaurants, a small market, downtown and to Yale School of Medicine. We appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with extras like an electric kettle. We didn't need it this trip but its nice that there is laundry in the unit. While there isn't a specific EV charging parking spot that's reserved for the apt, I had no trouble finding an open EV charging parking spot in the garage each time I parked and the garage is an easy one block walk away. Bedrooms are on the small side but don't feel cramped. Neither bedroom has a dresser. One of the bedrooms doesn't have a closet but it has a coat rack with many hooks. In the other bedroom, the only horizontal surface is a very small bedside table that holds the lamp. Comfortable beds. Like many places in New Haven, there's no recycling in the building.

Our family of 4 (2 parents and 2 boys - 13 and 11) had a wonderful stay. The apartment was in a fantastic location and was easily accessible to restaurants and sites. The apartment was beautiful decorated and had just the right level of amenities that we had everything we need while not being cluttered. The host was extremely responsive before and during our stay and immediately helped with the very small hiccups we encountered. We highly recommend this beautiful place for a fun family weekend in New Haven.

Great spot near union and state street stations. Parking garage is right around the corner. A little tight in a pick up truck but still convenient. A quick walk to little Italy or Yale.
