Pullout queen sofa available in living room that sleeps 2 people. Building is secure with security cameras and Ring doorbell camera on unit door. 🅿️ Parking pass will be provided during stay and must be returned to unit after stay. If pass is not returned guest will be charged $75 for replacement pass. For your convenience, we provide extra toilet paper in each bathroom and an additional roll of paper towels under the kitchen sink. We also provide dish soap and a few dishwasher pods. If you need more during your stay, please replenish at your own expense. Complimentary coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar are also provided to get you started—replenishment is your responsibility if you run out. Please do not have mail or packages sent to the property, as you will not have access to the mailbox. 🌿 Early Check-In & Late Check-Out We’re happy to offer a complimentary early check-in up to 1 hour before our 4 PM check-in time, when available. (3pm) Guests who’d like to arrive as early as 1 PM or check out late can often be accommodated for a $15 fee per half hour. These fees help cover the cost of adjusting our cleaning and inspection team’s schedule to make sure your space is perfectly prepared.
