Very clean and nice apartment that worked perfectly as a base for several wedding events over the weekend. It had everything we needed. With the amount of snow clogging the roads, the parking lot was a lifesaver. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook for our next visit to New Haven. Thanks!

Tarik was absolutely amazing to work with. It’s not easy to find a place with great aesthetics in New Haven, but this one was truly one of a kind. The instructions were sent multiple times, making everything very easy to find and access. The unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a true home-away-from-home experience. We will definitely be back and have already shared this place with all of our family.

We had a nice stay. The property was as described and was clean and well organized. The surrounding area had nearby grocery stores, places to eat, easy access to the area and was easy to find. Definitely would stay there again.

Really lovely stay! Tarik's place is super clean and in great condition. The location was great for us, and communication was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The kitchen and living space is open, spacious, and nicely furnished. A grocery store is very close it you want to cook. We also left a personal item and Tarik was so friendly and helpful in getting it returned to us. I highly recommend this stay in Ann Arbor!

This is a great spot near a target / dicks / grocery / McDonald’s, etc- but also super closer to UM stadium and downtown Ann Arbor. Unit was very clean with thoughtful touches like a coat hanger, extra pillows and tons of throw blankets. Easy parking too!

I have stayed at dozens of Airbnb‘s and this one is at the top of the list. Every part of the apartment was spotless. Any tool or amenity that I needed was there and convenient to find. The beds were extremely comfortable and I love the layout of both bathrooms. There is incredible water pressure and luxurious soaps that make you feel like you’re at a six star hotel. The host and his team were among the most responsive and helpful that I’ve ever experienced at an Airbnb or hotel. Stay at this Airbnb if you want to guarantee a night stay in New Haven and work with a host. Who truly has you in mind and wants to do whatever they can to help make sure you have a great stay.

Tarik's place was beautiful. He was also super accommodating as I have chemical sensitivities and he used the hypoallergenic cleaners and detergents that I needed after my request. The home is beautifully and well decorated. And when something wasn't avaliable, he ordered it right away. If you like to cook, bring your own cooking oil, seasonings etc. Otherwise the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, bakeware etc.

This apartment was very nice and the host was always super responsive. Although the place was smaller than other places we have stayed, I really liked the layout of the living room and kitchen. It was a comfortable place to relax and work. The decor felt high end, and the vibe of the place felt like a spa. One of the beds was soft and one was firm, which was extremely comfortable with luxurious bedding. Even the products in the showers were nice. The location was also pretty convenient, being walking distance to both Yale and Wooster Square. The setting is urban, so you do hear sounds of the city like the trains across the street and sirens. But it’s hard to avoid this in New Haven. Overall, I enjoyed this Airbnb and would definitely stay again.
